Urban Design Intern
SITELAB urban studio is looking for a 2025 summer urban design intern to join our San Francisco team. Our ideal candidates have an ability to communicate clearly through visual language (diagrams, models, maps, and sketches). We are looking for someone who is strategic, curious, engaged, team-oriented, ready for a challenge, has a sense of humor and is driven by supporting equitable, inclusive communities. You’ll learn a lot and have great opportunities for growth.
Candidates must be enrolled in or recent graduates of university degree programs in urban design, city planning, architecture, landscape architecture, or related fields. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Rhino as well as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is required. Experience with additional software such as GIS, After Effects, or Lumion is a great plus.
Compensation is $25/hour. This is a hybrid position with minimum of two days/week (Monday/Thursday) in office in downtown San Francisco. Ideal timing is full time between June - September. Come join our growing team!
